We dispatch all internet accessory orders within 24 hours of placement. Standard shipping takes 1 to 3 business days across Nairobi, and 3 to 5 business days for regional deliveries. Shipping is completely free for all orders over KSh 3,000. For orders under this amount, a flat delivery fee of KSh 250 applies. Tracking links are provided via SMS and email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

The item must be in its original packaging with all included manuals. RichCom covers the return shipping costs if the item arrived faulty or damaged.
